Refund policy
RETURNS
Due to the nature of items being made to order unfortunately we can not accept returns.
If a return has been agreed for a faulty product, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
For faulty items a replacement will be dispatched as soon as possible.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Any returned items must be returned within 14 days.
Items can not be returned due to Royal Mail delays.
Please ensure you check turn around times or enquire beforehand to ensure your item arrives for when it is needed as we don’t accept returns for late items. If you need any item by a certain date please use the personalisation box to include the date it is required by. If they is any issue with the date an email will be sent to discuss.
